Students and several grandparents from New Covenant Christian School met during December to construct bird feeders! Real wood, real nails and real hammers! Students used Math, Physics, Science and Cooperative Learning to complete the task. We took our time and followed the directions to make feeders for our feathered friends. Sometimes, we needed to “go back” and read the directions again. Other times we needed to problem solve to figure out what to do now? It was a delightful day of learning and fellowship!
Thanks to our grandparents for making this an amazing project!
