Fourth graders at St. Thomas Aquinas took learning to the outdoors for an entire week through Annie's Big Nature Lesson (ABNL). Students spent the week of April 24-28 at Woldumar Nature Center. They learned all about God's beautiful gift of nature, spending time in daily observation of a prairie, a lagoon, a white pine forest and the Grand River. Students also received instruction from naturalists about forests, tree identification, ecosystems, migration and other topics of nature. It was an amazing experience!
