Tennis is a great workout for kids! Kids play tennis all over the world. Not only is it fun - tennis gives you a total body workout, builds motor skills, and hand-eye coordination! Tennis is a one on one sport or can also be played as a team competition sport.

This sport will help you meet others with the same interests if you join a team at school or at a local club. Tennis also helps you learn sportsmanship. It looks easy but like any other sport, it requires practice to become a great player.
